The president of the Slow Food movement (aka “Slow Food”) spoke on November 27 at the International Forum on Food Products and Principles (Forum Internazionale su Alimentazione e Nutrizione). The key idea of ​​his speech was the statement: the townspeople should cease to be consumers, but become co-producers.

Italy, the queen of healthy food, suddenly was left “with nothing” and did not take prizes in the quality of food for residents. In the world ranking of food style, compiled by Oxfam from 125 countries, Italy was only in eighth place. Oxfam, an international poverty alleviation organization, compared 125 countries around the world in terms of nutritional status.

Agree that all Italian desserts are associated with specific places. For example, tiramisu smells like an expensive restaurant, gelato is inextricably linked to a summer cafe, and panna cotta is a fan of a noisy party. Our delicacy today is fragrant with the scents of a country house and the warmth of grandmother's hands.

It is safe to call Italy a real storehouse of numerous towers and bell towers. In almost every town in the country, you can find tall beauties who look majestically from behind the roofs of houses and modern buildings. And if the number of high-rise buildings and skyscrapers in Italy does not catch up with the rest of Europe, America and Asia, then the country differs from all other states in its quality towers that have passed the test of time.
